INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Informative note former art. 10 law 675/96

All data freely provided on the web site www.fimm.com will be stored on electronic databases and processed by automatic means.

"Provided data" shall mean all data entered in the different registration forms and following modifications and/or updating by the user. "Processing of personal data" shall mean any operation such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction, or the combination of two or more of these operations.

Data are processed in order to:
• Verify the quality of the provided services;
• Conduct studies, statistical and market researches;
• Send information material;
• Carry out interactive commercial communications.

All data are divided into two categories: required and not required, as they are indicated in the registration form. All required data are those necessary to send the requested information, for the performance of services and for safety reasons. All not required data are used to improve both services and communications.

F.Imm. srl informs the user that it will use all provided data during registration to send communications concerning the services provided on the web site and to send advertising and information material (consent not required).
