Services Immediate Billing Services FIMM provides "ready to use" services for the reading of utility meters and the immediate billing of resulting consumptions, for those utility companies that manage gas and water distribution networks. In detail, the distribution of these services includes: • the use of our personnel (readers) for meter readings at the user's home and the data elaboration at the CED; • utilization by our personnel of portable TBF-401 machines which enable to automatically load and unload data, acquire meter readings, perform accuracy check-ups and make corrections when warned; • usage by our personnel of portable FPP-240 printers connected to portable TBF-401 terminals for the immediate bill printout (with OCR-B characters for automatic payments) with eventual explanations for users; • utilization of our own data elaboration centers with qualified programmers for all kinds of program changes due to new regulations; • printouts for every billing cycle; • payment controlling and soliciting, list of delinquent users.
